Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Niomom, we want you to love your Hawaii shirt. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right with a simple return, refund, or exchange process.

I. Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include the original packaging and labels.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use.
  • Items returned without packaging or tags.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@niomom.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Once approved, print your order confirmation and the return label we provide.
  3. Carefully repackage the item and include the printed documents.

3. Refund Timeline & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Niomom.
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Missing or Delayed Refund?

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Check your bank account and card provider.
  • Contact your bank as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done the above and still have concerns, reach out to us at support@niomom.com.

II. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as your item meets our return conditions.

1. Return Requirements

Items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and tags.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items.
  • Custom-made products (unless faulty).
  • Items missing labels or returned in poor condition.

Once your return is approved:

III. Exchanges

Need a different size or received a damaged shirt? No problem!

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Email us at support@niomom.com with your order number and a photo of the issue before sending anything back.

IV. Additional Information

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns.
  • For your protection, please use a trackable shipping service.
