Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use.
- Items returned without packaging or tags.
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).

- Once approved, print your order confirmation and the return label we provide.
- Carefully repackage the item and include the printed documents.

3. Refund Timeline & Fees
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Niomom.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

II. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as your item meets our return conditions.

III. Exchanges
Need a different size or received a damaged shirt? No problem!
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

IV. Additional Information
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns.
