What’s the Return Address?

If you need to return an item, please contact us first at support@niomom.com. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address based on your order.

Will All Items in My Order Arrive Together?

Not always. To speed up shipping, items from the same order may be sent in separate packages. If you receive one item first, rest assured the others are on their way.

How Do I Choose the Right Size?

Each Hawaiian shirt has its own sizing guide listed on the product page.
Please review the size chart carefully and compare it with one of your own shirts to ensure the perfect fit.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Yes—within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, we begin processing and can no longer make changes.
If you need to modify or cancel, please email us as soon as possible at support@niomom.com.

I Want to Add More Items to My Order. Can I Do That?

Once an order is placed, we can’t add more items to it. You have two options:

  • Place a new order for the extra items.
  • Cancel the current order (within 24 hours) and place a new one with everything you want.

Can I Change the Shipping Address After Ordering?

If your order was just placed, contact us immediately so we can update the address.
Once the order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes. However, if shipped via USPS, you may be able to redirect it using their Mail Forwarding service.

I Didn’t Receive a Confirmation Email. Was My Order Placed?

If you didn’t get a confirmation email, please:
