What Happens Next?

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review any counter-notices submitted, and restore content when appropriate under DMCA guidelines

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe the content removed is not infringing, or that you have the right to use it, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details:

  1. Identification of the material removed and its prior location on Niomom.com.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court in your district (or ours if you are outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
