At Niomom, we’re committed to delivering your perfect Hawaii shirt—just the way you want it. If you need to cancel or change your order, we’re here to help under the following conditions.

Order Cancellation & Modification Window

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled, as it is being prepared for shipment.

How to Cancel or Change an Order

To submit a cancellation or modification request:

  1. Prepare the following details:
    • The email address used at checkout
    • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
    • A clear explanation of your request
  2. Email us at support@niomom.com
    • Use the subject line: Cancel/Modify Order – [Your Order Number]

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window:

  • A full refund will be issued.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.
