Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other local delivery providers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

Each Niomom shirt is made to order with attention to detail and quality.
Processing time typically takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
Because we custom-make each product, production may take slightly longer than standard retail. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, your package will be shipped.
Estimated transit time is 10 to 22 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or local delivery delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat shipping rate: $5.99 for all orders
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item by following our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Not Received

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If your package hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the tracking details.
  2. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment.
  3. If you have any concerns or issues with tracking, contact us for assistance.

Please be aware that tracking information may occasionally experience delays or temporary outages due to technical reasons.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please do so within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide a valid tracking number for the returned package.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom-made items are eligible for exchange only.

We do not accept returns via Cash on Delivery (COD), and shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified by email once it’s complete.
